 - Review and recommendation of a software system for a manufacturing company to expedite the completion of the monthly financial reports.

 - Part-time CFO for a growing company that needed help in reorganizing its finance department.  Part of our work was to facilitate the development of realistic strategic plan with outcome-based goals. 

 - Development of a reorganization plan for the administrative and finance functions at a privately owned service company including job descriptions and procedural manuals.
