Rent-a-Controller LLC is a staffing company that provides accounting and administrative professionals on a part-time or temporary/interim basis.

We have professionals to fill many different roles – CFO, controller, business manager, and bookkeeper, as well as HR and other administrative positions.

Our approach is to work only the amount of time you need us.  This allows you access to various levels of skill sets without the commitment associated with a fulltime employee.

And, since we work with many companies in different industries, we bring "best practices" to your company.  We've seen how other companies do things, and use this experience to provide you with a different perspective, a new way of looking at things.

Interim assignments – ideal for when you need someone for a short period of time:

  to help prepare for the annual audit;

  during a search to replace someone who's left;

    to fill-in for someone who is out on maternity or sick leave; or

    to handle a specific project such as implementing a new accounting package or reconciling accounts.

Part-time positions – all companies need a strong financial person, but not always on a full-time basis.  We provide professionals to work for you on an "as needed" basis, whether it be a few hours a week or a few hours a month.

Strong oversight – one of the partners in our firm will work closely with you to understand your business and then proactively oversee our staff to ensure that we are providing the highest level of service to you.

Rent-a-Controller LLC was founded by Bob Canino and Tom Rathjen, both of whom have years of experience working with growing companies.
